Moto Cross Event – Terms and Conditions
Participation Eligibility
- All participants must complete and submit the official event booking form with accurate details.
- Participants under 18 years must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Health and Safety
- Participation is at your own risk. By entering, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.
- Safety gear (such as helmets, gloves, and boots) must be worn at all times on the course. In case of adverse weather or unsafe conditions, the organizers may postpone, alter, or cancel the event.
Code of Conduct
- Aggressive behavior, recklessness, or failure to follow instructions will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event.
- Respect event staff, other participants, and park property at all times.
Refund and Cancellation
- Fees are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by Amar Enduro Park.
- If you are unable to attend, you must notify organizers at least 72 hours before the event.
Photo & Media Release
- Photos and videos captured during the event may be used by Amar Enduro Park for promotional purposes.
Agreement
- By submitting the booking form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions set for Mud Madness.
